Ok team, After some research I have found that when working on a safehouse you will be able to build a room out faster by putting more people per room. 2 to 3 per room seems to be the maximum # to give you the best time. Once you hit the 4th person its not going to go any quicker so its just not worth it.
Also the higher each players Tech Skill Level is the more it decreases the time needed to complete construction projects.
Just something to keep in mind when you're finding a free moment to get some training in - work on your tech skills!!!!!
