Hey Everyone, Here's the check list of items required for each level of the upgrade for every room.


Cleared Space
-------------------
This is an empty space which has been cleared and is ready for safehouse expansion.

Materials required to build:
1 Large Shovel, 5 Construction Points



Entrance
-------------------
The safehouse entrance is the first component in a safehouse protecting it from threats outside. It's important to keep it intact at all times to prevent zombies from breaching. For each level the barricade maximum of the safehouse is increased by 100 allowing you a max of 300.

Materials required to build level:
4 Wood Panel, 2 2x4 Lumber, 2 Chain, 1 Hammer, 25 Construction Points
6 Wood Panel, 3 2x4 Lumber, 2 Lock, 2 Wrench, 50 Construction Points
10 Wood Panel, 5 2x4 Lumber, 5 Chain, 1 Nailgun, 75 Construction Points



Constr. Storage
------------------------
The construction storage is where stuff for facility construction is stored. Its the 2nd an final component when establishing a safehouse. You can pile up items in order to build up construction points which you need for constructing other facilities.

Materials required to build:
10 Wood Panel, 10 2x4 Lumber, 15 Bricks, 1 Nailgun, 30 Construction Points



Living Quarters
------------------------
The living quarters offers the ability to rest similar to the concept of training and working spending your “offline time” in the facility. However the benefit of resting is higher SP regeneration. For each level it’s increased by 5% allowing you a max of 25%.

Materials required to build level:
1 Blankets, 5 2x4 Lumber, 10 Bricks, 2 Wood Panel, 25 Construction Points
3 Blankets, 5 Wood Panel, 1 Box of Nails, 1 Chair, 50 Construction Points
2 Paint Can, 2 Hammers, 1 Potted Plant, 2 Wood Chisel, 75 Construction Points
4 2x4 Lumber, 2 Chair, 10 Newspaper, 2 Bucket, 100 Construction Points
1 Power Drill, 5 Blankets, 3 Potted Plants, 3 Paintings, 125 Construction Points



Generator Room
-----------------------
The generator provides power for the other facilities in the safehouse. With no power you won't be able to use the facilities. Each level powers a grid of 5 facilities. At level 1 the top row of 5 facilities will be powered, at level 2 the top two first rows will be powered, etc. At level 5 all facilities will be powered.

Materials required to build level:
2 Lead Pipes, 2 Wrench, 1 Spark Plug, 3 Bricks, 25 Construction Points
2 Iron Pipes, 2 Hammers, 2 Gasoline Cans, 4 2x4 Lumber, 50 Construction Points
2 Lead Pipes, 2 Spark Plugs, 2 Wrench, 2 Steel Pipes, 75 Construction Points
2 Iron Pipes, 2 Fire Extinguisher, 3 Gasoline Can, 2 Steel Pipe, 100 Construction Points

Storage Room
---------------------
The storage room allows you to store items in the safehouse so you dont have to carry them around all the time and can save them for later.

Materials required to build level:
5 Bricks, 4 2x4 Lumber, 1 Hammer, 2 Lock, 40 Construction Points
5 Sheet Metal, 3 Chain, 1 Arc Welder, 1 Mallet, 50 Construction Points
5 Sheet Metal, 4 2x4 Lumber, 1 Wrench, 2 Lock, 60 Construction Points
5 Bricks, 1 Hammer, 2 Mallet, 2 Steel Pipe, 70 Construction Points
10 Sheet Metal, 5 Chains, 2 Arc Welders, 5 Locks, 80 Construction Points



Shooting Range
---------------------
This makeshift Shooting Range allows for people to train their marksmanship skill. Once build it can be upgraded to enable higher skill level cap. Level 1 enable training up to 65, each additional level increase it by a further 15, enabling training up to a maximum of 200.

Materials required to build level:
3 2x4 Lumber, 1 Lead Pipe, 1 Hammer, 2 Ballistic Glasses, 30 Construction Points
3 Bricks, 1 Chain, 1 Hammer, 10 BB Pellets, 35 Construction Points

Water Purification
--------------------
The Water Purification system produces drinkable water for the inhabitants of the safehouse. (1 bottle generated every 12 hours)

10 Empty Water Bottles, 10 Bricks, 5 2x4 Lumber, 1 Box of Nails, 50 CP
10 Empty Water Bottle, 5 Sand, 1 Empty Sack, 1 Water Can, 70 CP

Lookout Post
---------------------
The Look Out Post has no functionality yet.

Materials required to build:
15 2x4 Lumber, 1 Hammer, 2 Binoculars, 2 Walkie Talkie, 50 Construction Points



Garden
----------------------
The Vegetable Garden is for growing crops. (1 batch of vegetables can be gathered every 24 hours).

Materials required to build level:
1 Shovel, 10 Sticks, 2 Pitchforks, 10 Plants, 50 Construction Points

We should put some notes on how essential each facility is or prioritize everything above the training facilities.

At least we should note that all the training facilities aught not to be worked on until after all the other facilities are finished.

In the current version of the game there is no point in a training facility, you only need one training facility to be at level 200 and you can just walk around training your agility. Perhaps this is something they plan on changing in the future and will be worth us investing in these facilities, but as it stands now (Dec 2012) once you train to 200 a single time every other training facility is a waste of effort.

to adjust training cap to all abilities to 200
