Journal entries missing

I was trying to get all the journal entries.
I found a lot on my own, but ended up using the list in the wiki to see the ones I was missing.
The thing is, I'm still missing 2 of them.
Entries #4 and #46 are not on the locations specified in the wiki.
Has anyone found them?

Ok, journal entry #46 location was correct, but it was in the subway.

But I still can't find journal entry #4.
Has anyone found it?

It is supposed to be at X37 Y20, but at that location you will find the college campus and I can't find clue #4...

Have you checked in the sewers and subway at that location?

The bulletin board is completely covered with pictures and notes of survivors looking for friends and family.

You find a note in your sister's handwriting, addressed to you. It reads "We're leaving the city by the Lower East Bridge and headed for Canada. I'll keep leaving notes at any gas stations we come across."
